Welcome to Antenatal Academy

Our Bury St Edmunds Antenatal Academy course is designed to support you to have the birth that you want, where you feel in control, and knowing what to expect. You will learn all about labour and birth but also how you can effectively navigate those first few weeks of parenthood.

This course is unique, because it has been developed through real-life experience supporting hundreds of women and their birth partners throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatally.

Your facilitators are Debbie Willis and Helen Fortes, whom together have many years of experience educating and supporting couples prepare for birth and beyond, helping couples feel informed and confident during birth and during those first few weeks with a newborn.
